Terms for Packliste in ChatGPT

Updated 16 October 2026 · English version of the German terms

Provider and scope

The provider is Remo Adams-Schönfeld, Straße der Gemeinschaft 9, 55487 Sohren, Germany, support@packliste.app. These terms cover the Packliste plugin in ChatGPT and its export/import-link service. OpenAI's terms also apply to ChatGPT. The separate Packliste iOS app and its purchases follow the terms stated there and the applicable Apple rules.

Service

Packliste creates and edits travel packing lists using your trip details, its catalogs and quantity rules. You can change categories, items, quantities and checkmarks in the conversation or interactive list. German and English are supported. The iOS app is not required to create or edit lists in ChatGPT.

Lists are planning aids; check their suitability and completeness for your trip. The plugin does not book travel, make payments, provide live weather forecasts, or read or modify existing iCloud lists.

Export and native import

On explicit request, the service prepares the selected snapshot as an import link and a .packliste file. The snapshot is accessible for seven days. Anyone possessing the full link can read it until expiry. You decide whether and with whom to share the link or file.

Export preparation does not save the list in the iOS app or iCloud. Import needs a compatible Packliste app version; this feature is intended for version 4.3 or later. You confirm saving in the app, which enforces its own usage and purchase rights, including its free own-list limit. The plugin does not initiate purchases or confirm a Premium entitlement.

The expiring link is not permanent backup storage. Keep a downloaded file or save the list in the app if you need it longer. Link expiry does not remove copies you have already saved.

Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful packing lists and content you have the right to use. Do not submit credentials, payment details, identity-document contents or personal medical information. Do not bypass access controls or rate limits or disrupt the service through automated overload. Abusive requests may be limited or rejected.

Technical limits and support

Availability, tool approvals, browser features and native handoff also depend on OpenAI, Apple and your device. On failure, you can retry a request or use the offered export file. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
